Everything starts with our classic Dry Gin base, macerated and distilled with KOVAL's signature 13 botanicals. From there, it either makes its way straight into the bottle, or goes on to be aged in KOVAL Rye barrels for depth & oak, or mixed with cranberries and a bit of cane sugar for a totally Midwestern aperitif.
