Pomp & Circumstance
1.5 oz KOVAL Dry Gin
3 oz tonic water
Splash of grapefruit soda
1 sprig of mint
Grapefruit peel
Build on the rocks. Add the mint spring and grapefruit peel. Stir all ingredients.
